In order to secure and check the quality standard, numerous testing devices are available at Urban.
A high quality of the processed window corner is relevant for the high quality level of the complete window. Constant checks of the welding results confirm the desired quality and/or allow prompt corrections. This guarantees a constantly high quality standard. In order to allow you to perform the necessary quality controls, Urban offers a temperature measuring device as well as a corner strength testing device. According to the customers’ request, two different models are available.

  • for control purposes in production
  • to avoid injuries there are additional safety limit switches at the door. that switch off the machine immediately when the door is being opened
  • Jerk-free fracturing of the corner to be tested by a ram
  • the maximum force is recorded via the pressure gauge´s trailing pointer

PRD 1

  • the maximum force is shown on the digital display
  • additionally, the values measured as a minimum and a maximum can be displayed and stored
  • deletion of the individual measured values
  • zero-point alignment
