Our service hotline is available to you most hours of the day. Also 24 hours a day you can click onto our online information site INFO-SPAREPARTS, because after all, your production does not necessarily stop when the sun goes down.
In cases when this might not be enough, your spare part will leave the URBAN main plant the same day you place the order, with overnight delivery available.

With us you have service available that will pay for itself even if only used one single time.


Our Service department is available:

Monday to Thursday from 7 am until 4.30 pm 
Friday from 7.00 am until 2.00 pm

Our Service-Hotline for urgent calls is additional available from:

Monday to Thursday from 4.30 pm to 9.00 pm
