For this reason, it was clear from the start that JURA Kunststoff-Fenster GmbH, based in Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate, would once again invest in Urban technologies when relocating its front door production to a new facility.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p><em>\u201eWe\u2019re an Urban customer for quite a long time and right from the start we had been content with the consulting they provided us with and also with the reliability of their machinery. This just works excellently in practice with a first class support by Urban\u2019s team\u201d explains owner and managing director Christian Recht.<\/em><\/p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><div class=\"ce_urbanText  \">&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\">JURA\u2019s new entrance door line consists of a four head\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.u-r-b-a-n.com\/en\/products\/welding\/multi-head-welding-machine\/aks-6400-multihead-welding-machine\"><span class=\"p-green\">welding machine AKS 6410<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.u-r-b-a-n.com\/en\/products\/cleaning\/1-corner-cleaning-machine-2-to-4-axis\/sv-530-c-sv-530-4-c-1-corner-cleaning-machine\"><span class=\"p-green\">corner cleaning machine SV 530-C<\/span><\/a> with turning station.<\/p>&#13;\n<\/div><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The welding-cleaning line was configured as a L-unit so that door elements with threshold do not need to be turned. \u201cFurthermore, we were able to arrange for very short ways so that profiles may run very quickly from the cutting centre to the welding machine says\u201c Andreas Pauls from URBAN\u2019s sales department.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to meet the strong demand, JURA Kunststoff-Fenster GmbH invested in the new construction of a big hall with a total surface of 3.500m\u00b2 at their Neumarkt based headquarter for entrance door manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><div class=\"container clearfix\">&#13;\n<div class=\"ce_urbanText  \">&#13;\n<p>According to Christian Recht, Urban had already been entrusted with the next projects. \u201cAlso in the field of window production, there is a continuous upwards trend &#8211; coloured windows are the absolute hit.
