To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated skilled technician, full-time locksmith (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, responsible for the maintenance of machinery and building systems. The ideal candidate will impress us with their technical expertise, practical skills, and initiative.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, inspection, and servicing of our machines, systems, and operational facilities.
- Carrying out repairs and troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Assembly, installation, and optimization of machinery and technical equipment.
- Building and grounds maintenance: repairs, structural work, refurbishment of halls and building sections, as well as maintenance of outdoor areas.
- Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable, uninterrupted operations.
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external service providers.
- Contributing to technical improvement and modernization projects.
- Winter maintenance: snow clearing and gritting.
Here’s what you’ll need to bring:
- Completed technical or skilled-trade training, for example as a mechatronics technician, mechanical engineering technician, structural steel technician, industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
- Technical aptitude and practical skills.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, hydraulics, or pneumatics is an advantage.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Teamwork, reliability, and a strong commitment to the job.
- Willingness to work overtime in the event of unexpected breakdowns or urgent maintenance work.
- Physical fitness for working both indoors and outdoors.
- Good command of German.
- Category B driving licence; a forklift or crane operator’s licence is an advantage.

- Competitive salary based on full-time employment of at least €41,270.46 gross per year (14 salaries). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a significantly higher salary is possible. Overtime worked is either paid or compensated with time off.
