What tools do we use to plan “URBAN logistics”?
“Mapping” … Through mapping, we aim to identify in advance the flow of various elements between sources and destinations and present this information in a clear, visual format. These key insights serve as the foundation for developing logistics management and are intended to provide a cross-functional overview of the order fulfillment process in manufacturing, encompassing planning, material control, and the associated information flows.
This ensures that logistical tasks within individual production areas are seamlessly coordinated.
